Responsibilities
Float to all 3 Great River Health hospital locations and/or long-term care facilities based on experience
Minimum of 24 hours in a 6-week scheduling period
Select one Summer and one Winter hard to fill shift as part of your commitment
Minimum of one long-term assignment (6 weeks or longer) every 4 months
Qualification
Required
2 years experience as an RT
Associate's Degree (AA) Graduate of an CoARC approved Respiratory Therapist program
Licensed by the State of Iowa as Respiratory Care and Polysomnography Respiratory Care Practitioner
Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Registered Respiratory Therapist Upon Hire
Driver's License Upon Hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association within 90 Days
Neonatal Resuscitation Program - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association within 90 Days
Child Abuse Iowa Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services within 90 Days
Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services within 90 Days
Benefits
Evening differential: $1.40/hour (14:30 - 22:59)
Night differential: $1.60/hour (22:30 - 08:30)
Weekend differential: $1.00/hour (Friday @ 23:00 – Sunday @ 23:00)
Holiday Differential: 1.5x base rate of pay (2.0x base rate on Christmas)
