Responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction
Lead, coach, and inspire your service team to deliver top performance
Manage the make-ready process, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency response
Ensure service requests are completed quickly and professionally, with clear communication to residents
Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and common areas to GoldOller’s high standards
Partner with your Community Manager to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Your own tools
Preferred
Supervisory experience
HVAC Certification
Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Proficiency with RealPage products (OneSite, Ops Technology)
