Responsibilities
Maintain and update site HSE documentation (e.g., SOPs, audits, compliance logs)
Coordinate intake and routing of technical compliance tasks to the Governance team
Support and maintain Intelex applications to help sites manage their HSE management systems
Assist with the creation and implementation of site level MOS and execution of operational tools for the HSE Management System
Ensure alignment with Honeywell HSEMS and HSEPS standards
Provide interim coverage for site HSE roles when needed
Travel requirement: up to 50% (US/Canada)
Relocation support may be provided
Qualification
Required
3+ years in HSE documentation or systems support
1+ years of hands-on HSE experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to document and track all direct time charges to projects
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with Intelex or other HSE SaaS systems, SharePoint
Experience with ISO-like HSE Management Systems and successful site level execution of HSE tools
Understanding of structured intake models and compliance routing
