Driving mission-aligned sales as a trusted advisor who thrives on an educational approach and a desire to improve the lives of our customers
Translate insurance products into clear, purpose-driven benefits
Manage inbound leads and proactively cultivate new relationships and sales
Contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes for exceptional client experience
Be a Bluestone ambassador to our remarkable nonprofit partners and fellow mission driven organizations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication (including deep listening) skills with a gift for building lasting relationships and inspiring trust
Passionate about utilizing business and the unique power of insurance to drive positive social and environmental outcomes
Highly self-motivated and independent while thriving in a team environment that collaborates to advance the mission
Experience working with closely held business owners and comfortable collaborating with fee-only wealth managers and CPAs
Quickly return correspondence, analyze needs and effectively deliver solutions, managing activity with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Life & health insurance license with 10+ years of successful life insurance sales experience and diverse planning expertise
Preferred
CLU, ChFC, CPWA, or CFP designations preferred
