The lab of Dr. Steve Blum at the Krantz Family Center for Cancer Research is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to develop safer and more effective cancer immunotherapies through wet-lab research and collaboration with computational and clinical partners.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute wet-lab experiments using patient-derived samples and relevant model systems
Analyze and interpret results in conjunction with computational and clinical collaborators
Prepare figures, present findings, drive manuscripts, and craft fellowship/grant applications
Contribute to a rigorous, collaborative lab culture through teamwork and discussion
Mentor junior trainees as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and organized individual excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
PhD, MD/PhD, or MD with research training in biological sciences
Proficiency in basic molecular biology, tissue culture, and biochemical techniques
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
First-authored publication(s) of scientific work
Preferred
Experience with flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, organoid models, immune cell engineering, multi-omics workflows, and/or quantitative analysis
