They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their product-focused engineering team, responsible for building the next generation of their platform with a focus on complex data infrastructure and AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

Own core data and analytics infrastructure by architecting and operating an open lakehouse (Iceberg) that powers advanced analytics and AI features
Design multi-tenant analytics systems that enable benchmarking and peer comparisons while enforcing strict data isolation and governance
Build and evolve an AI agent platform, delivering LLM-powered features such as peer group analysis, negotiation strategy recommendations, and matter summarization
Implement resilient data models using event-sourced patterns to support identity resolution across merges, deduplication, and multi-source ingestion
Design fine-grained authorization systems using relationship-based access control (OpenFGA) across data, documents, and AI features
Lead systems from design to production, contributing across architecture, implementation, deployment, and operational excellence

Required

5+ years Python development with modern async patterns
Strong experience with FastAPI or similar async web frameworks
Production experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design
Understanding of distributed systems concepts (message queues, eventual consistency)
Experience with REST API design and OpenAPI specifications
Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) or search technologies (e.g., ElasticSearch, Solr)
Experience building production-grade features using LLMs, embedding models, and semantic search (RAG)
Understanding of data quality and observability
