Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SailPoint platform, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight for all IGA initiatives
Develop and customize SailPoint components, including connectors, rules, workflows, certifications, and forms using Java, BeanShell, and other relevant technologies
Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage the technical debt of the IGA platform
Qualification
Required
7 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SailPoint development and implementation
Expert proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Strong development skills in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL
Proven experience with integrating SailPoint with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud applications)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a distributed environment
Preferred
