Responsibilities
Translate business challenges into clear, inspiring creative springboards that spark fresh thinking and on-brand ideas
Develop platformable ideas that travel across channels, with TV as one expression rather than the default
Collaborate early with creative teams to shape and pressure-test territories, strengthen storytelling, and enable faster, more confident decisions
Bring deep human and cultural insight into the work, grounding ideas in consumer truth, category learning, and outside-in inspiration
Ensure creative work ladders back to the brand platform while allowing for smart variation by audience, channel, and context
Elevate strategic craft by creating polished, well-structured decks and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience in creative or brand strategy, ideally within in-house agencies and/or strong agency environments
Exceptional creative brief writing skills that inspire and guide creative teams toward strong ideas
Strong taste, sharp editing skills, and the ability to evaluate creative work with clarity and constructive feedback
Proven experience building high-craft decks and presenting strategy with confidence and energy
Comfort moving quickly in ambiguous environments without sacrificing strategic rigor or quality
Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with creatives and senior stakeholders
