Responsibilities
Build and execute content strategy across blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
Grow email list and nurture leads through automated sequences
Develop Arcovo's brand presence on social media
Create lead magnets, guides, and resources that attract target market
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results
Generate qualified leads that convert to consultations
Manage and optimize cold email campaigns for 2-3 clients using tools like Clay and Smartlead
Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows in platforms like GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM/Campaigns
Maintain low-maintenance engagements (4-6 hours per month per client)
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, SaaS, or agency environments
Strong writing skills with ability to produce compelling content without heavy editing
Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
Comfortable on LinkedIn with understanding of B2B content and engagement
Hands-on with marketing tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
Experience with cold email tools (Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Clay) is a plus
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Make.com is beneficial
Experience with AI content tools like Claude, video creation tools, or AI voiceovers is a plus
Basic design skills (Canva proficiency is sufficient)
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership
