In this role, you will combine hands-on engineering with architectural leadership, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and continued evolution of distributed systems while mentoring and guiding the team.

Responsibilities
Lead hands-on development for existing platforms, including new features, system improvements, and scalability enhancements
Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems supporting high-volume, event-driven workloads
Serve as the technical owner for acquired or legacy systems, ensuring ongoing performance and alignment with internal standards
Work with engineering leadership to influence technical direction, system integration strategies, and delivery planning
Lead design and implementation for complex or mission-critical initiatives
Contribute directly to codebases with high-quality engineering solutions
Oversee production operations for assigned platforms, including monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements
Use log aggregation and monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues
Provide mentorship through code reviews, architectural guidance, and technical knowledge sharing
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engineering leadership
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience working with C# and .NET
8+ years of professional experience working with SQL
8+ years of professional experience working with Redis
8+ years of professional experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
8+ years of professional experience working with Messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
8+ years of professional experience working with Docker
8+ years of professional experience working with Jira and Confluence
Experience with monitoring tools such as ELK or DataDog
Strong background in designing and supporting distributed systems in production environments
Demonstrated ability to own systems end-to-end from design and development to deployment and operational support
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
