This role supports a biweekly, multi-state payroll environment and requires strong attention to detail, payroll compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience with Workday.

Process and support biweekly payroll for 800+ employees across 30+ states
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll administration software
Perform detailed payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation, including maintaining accuracy across multiple systems
Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Assist with audits, reporting, and ongoing process improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Payroll compliance knowledge
Hands-on experience with Workday
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll administration software
