Responsibilities

Source candidates for true travel placements through various channels, including job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and targeted outreach
Conduct initial screens to assess qualifications, availability, licensure, and fit for open travel assignments
Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates, ensuring consistent pipeline development
Ensure candidate engagement of the Mobilize application
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job matching to offer acceptance, in coordination with internal stakeholders
Partner with credentialing to ensure timely documentation and compliance for placement
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure real-time communication with all candidates
Understand specific client needs, contracts, and facility nuances for national, FMS, 3rd party, and government assignments
Prioritize requisitions based on urgency, client importance, and recruiter team coordination and assist with client escalations as needed
Support the Centralized Travel Director/Manager and Centralized Travel VP with strategic client outreach and development, including being an 'on the ground' source of insights for clients ideal for right shift and expansion into other service lines
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to time-to-fill, submittal-to-start ratio, and candidate retention
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations
Assist in verifying licensure, certifications, and other required credentials prior to submittal
Support credentialing and compliance teams with follow-ups on missing or expired documentation
Participate in team huddles, recruiter roundtables, and performance coaching sessions
Communicate proactively with sales teams, account managers, and onboarding partners to ensure alignment on candidate status and client expectations
Provide exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and responsive follow-up
Weekly review and in-depth understanding of Power BI analytics and key desk metrics – understanding performance within your markets
