Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all task activities assigned to the Scrum team are performed in a timely manner with minimal technical debt, while maintaining the highest quality of performance
Will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders
Will lead a Scrum team to perform planning, development and testing on a large software development, implementation and integration project
Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective and client demos
Interface with product owners on an active basis to manage product backlog and sprint activities
Remove obstacles and manage risks to enable team efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure all scrum activities are tracked and kept up-to-date and reported on a daily basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
120 months experience
Experience applying Scrum estimation techniques to development efforts through story pointing size and T-shirt size for Epics and spikes
Experience managing team ceremonies and creating reports and dashboards using Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Jira methodologies
Experience creating and managing project timelines and providing leadership updates using Jira and Confluence
Experience creating and tracking progress through building boards, reports, and dashboards using JQL
Experience creating test suite for APIs using Postman to execute the regression test cases for each release
Experience creating and managing releases and updating versioning using Bitbucket
Experience creating and managing user backlog with the data from production to assure products developed align with desired client experiences using Splunk

Preferred
PMI-ACP certification
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) certification
