Responsibilities

Oversee relationships with Maaco locations to meet financial and production targets
Maintain open communication with Maaco leadership at all levels to address business needs and strengthen partnerships
Collaborate with the Driven Brands Sales Manager to devise and implement programs and processes that align with organizational goals
Establish and maintain approved product lists and ensure consistent program implementation
Train Sherwin-Williams branches, technical representatives, and sales teams on account-specific procedures and support strategies
Educate staff on best practices and operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery
Monitor operational metrics and conduct regular reviews with Maaco leadership to identify improvement opportunities
Lead monthly meetings to align material usage and profitability with Maaco’s expectations
Ensure all Maaco locations receive consistent support and guidance
Communicate sales promotions, product developments, and other updates to customers
Provide technical, sales, and marketing assistance as needed
Guide stakeholders through account development, process improvements, supply chain management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Improve material management practices to deliver value to both Sherwin-Williams and Driven Brands

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Deep understanding of the production shop/automotive collision industry, business trends, and customer needs
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and implement strategic initiatives
Strong analytical skills to assess financial metrics and identify actionable solutions
Experience in conflict resolution and managing escalated issues
Ability to physically demonstrate paint products using equipment such as spray guns

Preferred
