Customer Experience Expert - Reception/Call Center

Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school with a mission to educate and motivate individuals to learn proper swimming technique. They are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to greet families, assist with lesson registrations, and create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Be the welcoming face of Waterworks — greet and assist families in person and over the phone
Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs
Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment
Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed
Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals

Required

At least 17 years old with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills
Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems
Weekend availability required
