Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using finance and operational data
Analyze data to identify relationships, trends, and insights that support decision making
Support large-scale reporting needs with technical and analytical expertise
Apply database fundamentals to ensure accurate, reliable reporting
Work with multiple data sources to structure and organize information effectively
Ensure clarity and consistency in how data is defined and used across teams
Partner closely with finance and operations teams
Balance independent analytical work with collaborative meetings (approximately 50/50 split)
Support cross-department initiatives and shared objectives
Qualification
Required
Power BI – Ability to build dashboards and reporting solutions
Database Fundamentals – Strong understanding of data structures and relationships
Cross-Functional Execution – Experience handling a broad range of responsibilities across teams

Background as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar
Strong understanding of how data relates across systems and functions
Demonstrated Bias for Action and ability to Invent and Simplify
Preferred
Tableau experience
QuickSight experience
Strong technical and analytical skills supporting large reporting efforts
