Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair equipment in pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, machining, and mechanical systems
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and support equipment setups and changeovers
Train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and support TPM activities, including breakdown analysis
Document work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance
Communicate effectively with operators, peers, supervisors, and leadership
Follow all safety and GMP standards, including LOTO and Confined Space procedures
Assess equipment reliability and perform routine adjustments and repairs
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, production numbers, and waste performance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Solid technical troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Ability to read pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Flexibility to work varied schedules based on production needs
Physical ability to lift/push/pull (10–200 lbs.), work at heights, and stand for long shifts
Willingness to learn and build technical skills
Preferred
Associate Degree in a technical field with 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, or 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred
