Paid Media Manager
Nuffer, Smith, Tucker is seeking a talented paid media manager to join their team. This role involves shaping and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms while collaborating with creative and client service teams to ensure effective execution.

Responsibilities
Execute paid media campaigns across clients channels including digital, social and select traditional media (TV, radio, OOH, print, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic, paid search, OTT, CTV, and emerging and multilingual platforms)
Support the development of media plans, budgets and timelines in partnership with senior team members
Set up, manage and optimize campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy, performance and alignment with client objectives
Work with external media vendors and platform programs to traffic creative assets, implement buys and troubleshoot campaign issues
Monitor campaign pacing and performance, making day-to-day optimizations to maximize efficiency and results
Track, measure and develop reports and contribute to client presentations and status updates
Maintain a strong understanding of platform updates, ad formats and best practices, applying learning to active campaigns
Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure paid media is integrated into broader marketing mix
Manage and optimize paid media budgets and pacing to drive efficient spend and maximize campaign performance
Support junior team members as needed through knowledge sharing and informal guidance
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in paid media planning and execution (agency experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and programmatic ad platforms; bonus if you've also worked with streaming/connected TV advertising
Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly in ad platforms and reporting tools
Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing and performance metrics such as CPM, CPC and CPA
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other paid media management platforms
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
