The Senior Sales Manager will lead the ILS sales and customer service team, ensuring alignment with the company's global sales strategy and fostering strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Direct, supervise, and develop a regional sales and support team, setting performance objectives and providing ongoing training and guidance
Allocate resources, establish work priorities, and evaluate staff performance in line with company goals
Train Americas Staff across all modules of Quantum Control to ensure full operational proficiency
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with AerFin’s global growth objectives
Review and approve major customer proposals, pricing structures, and key contractual terms
Oversee negotiations with vendors and customers, including high-value or strategic agreements
Analyze regional market trends and provide executive recommendations to refine AerFin’s global cost models and sales forecasts

Required

Bachelor's degree (or higher) with strong understanding of aviation MRO and aftermarket dynamics
Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience within aerospace aftermarket sales
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver on strategic objectives
Strong executive-level communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding regional or global sales targets
Ability to work independently while collaborating across AerFin's global leadership team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in Quantum Control
