Strategic Account Specialist
ExpandIQ is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI marketplace, and they are seeking a Strategic Account Specialist to manage complex customer engagements. This role involves working closely with senior leaders to build high-performing teams and drive operational execution across various projects.

Responsibilities
Own customer engagements end to end. Build credibility with founders, CXOs, and senior operators. Drive execution across complex, high-impact projects and use data and judgment to influence outcomes
Mobilize internal capacity. Translate customer needs into clear execution by coordinating the right internal and external resources to deliver speed, quality, and consistency
Act as the voice of the customer. Advocate for a differentiated, high-quality customer experience by sharing insights and pushing for changes when needed to improve outcomes
Shape how delivery scales. Lead strategic initiatives that influence how the company shows up for customers as it grows, partnering closely with sales, product, engineering, and operations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience working closely with customers, with full ownership across areas such as operations, strategic projects, account management, or similar roles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
An entrepreneurial mindset with excitement about building from scratch, identifying issues early, and executing quickly
Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous environments, with creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, with strong judgment and 80/20 thinking
Ideal background includes one of the following: 2–4 years in consulting, investment banking, GTM, growth equity, or venture OR 2–6 years in a fast-paced operations, strategy & ops, chief of staff, or account management at a startup
