Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance internal business applications and tools
Support application integrations with ERP, manufacturing, and operational systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Document application functionality, workflows, and technical specifications
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models
Build and optimize data transformations using Power Query and DAX
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports
Work with data sources including SQL databases, ERP systems, and other enterprise platforms
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable dashboards
Perform functional, regression, and data validation testing for applications and reports
Validate data integrity between source systems and reporting outputs
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and documentation
Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers and IT teams
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases
Provide Tier 2/3 support for application and reporting issues
Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system reliability
Maintain clear documentation and follow IT best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in application development, data analytics, or business intelligence
Hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, data models)
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience testing applications, reports, or data systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience with ERP systems and operational data
Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud data platforms
Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices
Experience with version control and deployment processes
Knowledge of application lifecycle management and QA methodologies
