Overseeing core accounting functions including GL, AP, cash management, fixed assets, and budgeting
Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 accounting professionals
Work closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Supervisory or people-lead experience
Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Healthcare accounting experience preferred (flexible if you have exposure)
CPA is a plus, not required
