National Sales Director
Protos Security is the largest technology-enabled Security Officer Management company in the U.S., seeking an experienced National Sales Director to drive results within their assigned book of business and continuously hunt for new opportunities. The role involves aggressive prospecting, developing business proposals, and managing negotiations with corporate partners to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect using existing relationships, lead technology tools and social media to reach potential clients
Develop and submit business proposals for prospective clients
Present proposed solutions via video meeting or in person
Manage complex negotiations with large corporate partners and close deals
Attain company’s expected sales target for new business
Qualification
Required
Experience as a National Sales Director or similar role
Outstanding track record for selling security personnel services or other similar business or managed services using a consultative selling process
Proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue from a wide variety of vertical markets to the tune of $1M per month
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong networking ability, with previous experience selling to regional or national companies
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress
Work independently and productively with minimum supervision
Work outside of regular business hours, including occasional nights and weekends to meet deadlines
Ability to travel domestically, as needed (frequency will vary)
Preferred
Remote (EST or CST preferred)
Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM – preferably Salesforce
