Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails within 24 hours and engage web chats within 10 seconds
Ensure one-touch resolution whenever possible
Enter and manage orders using Sage X3 and Zendesk
Capture inbound sales opportunities when appropriate
Resolve customer inquiries professionally and accurately
Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
Support customer satisfaction survey goals
Qualification
Required
6 months of email-based customer service experience
6 months of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, organization, and data entry skills
Ability to meet productivity goals and maintain reliable attendance
Preferred
2+ years of customer-service-related work experience preferred
Experience with a CRM system
Experience with Sage100 / Sage X3
Warehouse or distribution experience
