Senior Art Director
Williams Randall Advertising is adding a Senior Art Director with 6+ years of experience to our creative team. In this role, you will lead the visual direction of client campaigns, collaborating with creative and account teams while overseeing projects from brief to execution.

Conceptualize and lead visual strategy
Design digital experiences for digital ad campaigns, social media, landing pages, microsites and full websites
Conceptualize and lead video production for broadcast and online campaigns, sometimes personally editing or animating
Ensure quality and foster innovation
Present and sell work
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years in art direction or design roles at an advertising agency, with proven expertise in video production, digital campaigns, landing pages, and website design
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro); bonus for Figma, HTML/CSS basics, and motion graphics tools
Outstanding book showcasing conceptual thinking across digital and traditional media, problem-solving, and end-to-end campaigns
Exceptional communicator and collaborator: Leadership experience; thrives under pressure in fast-paced agency settings
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to travel for shoots/clients as needed; based in, or willing to relocate to, the Indianapolis area
Preferred
Agency experience with integrated campaigns (broadcast + digital)
Knowledge of UX/UI principles for web/landing pages
Award-winning work or measurable campaign successes
Experience in responsive design and video editing
