Responsibilities
Manage all employee related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, creating opportunities for training & development, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Together with our management team: address escalated issues, troubleshoot challenges, and continuously monitoring our projects
Drive quality and productivity improvements in projects through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking
Ensure, together with your team, compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and share Project best practices and lessons learned across the organization
Providing insight and managing priorities for the team while ensuring activities’ performance and quality goals are met during all project phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or other relevant discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to lead your diverse team
3+ years of experience in design-for-installation, construction interfaces, and the lifecycle of mechanical engineering
Capability to balance technical decision-making and business priorities, ensuring design solutions align with project schedules, costs, and risk mitigation strategies
With your previous experiences as a people manager, ideally in a dynamic and global organization you feel comfortable with building strong relationships with employees and management
