Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance
Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
Clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed
Qualification
Required
Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively
Cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly
Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
