IT Help Desk Coordinator

They are seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to support their IT team by helping teammates with hardware and software issues, preparing reports on help desk activity, and managing new employee workstations.
Responsibilities
Helping teammates navigate and resolve questions with company-supported hardware, software, and applications, using documented procedures and the support of the broader IT team
Helping prepare reports that give insight into help desk activity and opportunities for improvement
Setting up new employee workstations, including hardware, operating systems, software, and cabling
Tracking issues through resolution and keeping help desk documentation accurate and up to date
Supporting IT asset inventory, training materials, and vendor coordination
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
0–1 year of experience in corporate IT or a service desk environment
Familiar with issue-tracking systems and IT support workflows
Organized, communicative, and eager to learn
Preferred
An associate's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is a plus
Holds certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+
