Responsibilities
Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization across AS400 and various financial platforms
Identify data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity
Support ongoing data governance initiatives and documentation standards
Utilize AI tools to analyze operational, financial, and customer data
Identify trends, anomalies, and predictive insights to support business decisions
Assist in evaluating and implementing new AI capabilities within the analytics environment
Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders
Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual workload
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory and internal standards
Work with multiple data types, including PDF, TXT, CSV files to generate reports for various business units
Build automated workflows using scripting, macros, or low-code tools to streamline operational tasks
Partner with IT and business units to enhance data pipelines and reporting processes
Recommend improvements to existing procedures to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Extract, interpret, and analyze data from AS400 and various financial platforms
Understand system structures, tables, and data relationships to support operational and strategic needs
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support banking operations, compliance, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
College graduate in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Continuous improvement mindset with interest in emerging technologies
Ability to analyze data using AI technologies, M365 tools, SQL and python (and other scripting engines)
