Responsibilities
Support and expand enterprise infrastructure across hybrid/cloud environments
Configure and administer servers in collaboration with internal teams and contractors
Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability, performance, and security
Recommend and implement server, software, and infrastructure upgrades
Evaluate performance issues such as availability, throughput, goodput, and latency
Define network policies, configure firewalls, and establish connectivity standards
Troubleshoot system and application issues; escalate issues to vendors when required
Identify opportunities to improve performance, cost efficiency, and operational maturity
Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
Configure organizational settings within Azure DevOps
Deploy, manage, and optimize multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
Support application development teams and other IT staff
Assist in building and hosting complex application solutions
Perform documentation and automation of administrative and operational tasks
Handle additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline OR equivalent technical training & relevant professional experience
2–3 years administering Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
2–3 years IIS Administration
2–3 years network communications (TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS, NTFS permissions)
2–3 years strong professional experience with AWS (Required)
5–8 years professional experience in information systems engineering
3–5 years IT experience supporting infrastructure/network operations, maintenance, and administration
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities
Proficiency in cloud network architectures and networking fundamentals
In‑depth knowledge of AWS services; proficiency in Azure services
Expertise with Microsoft Server technologies and Linux administration
Strategic planning and solution research skills
Ability to automate and document administrative tasks
Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in complex environments
High adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities
Trustworthy with sensitive information and able to work under high pressure
Initiative: Able to manage workload with minimal supervision
