Responsibilities

Build audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for MyFree and Genre campaigns as well as campaigns to existing Premium Video customers
Develop and implement SQL-based selection logic
Perform quality control and peer reviews
Meet with business stakeholders to review audience requirements, provide input on audience build approach and support troubleshooting efforts
Gather and translate campaign requirements into audience selection strategies
Maintain documentation and tracking of campaign workflows
Build, test, and deliver 6-8 marketable audiences spanning email, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, set-top-box and other owned DIRECTV channels
Code review 6-8 audiences per month built by other developers, providing recommended revisions as needed to meet standard audience practices and compliance
Achieve 98% or higher on-time delivery of audiences and peer reviews as measured in Jira 125%
