Recruitment, Marketing and Engagement Partner
Caliber Holdings LLC is seeking a Recruitment, Marketing, and Engagement Partner to support recruiting efforts across assigned markets. This role involves executing recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate engagement activities while ensuring alignment with Caliber's standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment
Proactively communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs
Develops and supports recruitment marketing content and advertising across approved platforms
Executes recruitment marketing and engagement activities to support current and future hiring needs
Builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM tools, job boards, social platforms, hiring events, and industry channels
Assists with networking efforts to identify and engage passive candidates
Coordinates campaign timelines and vendor communications
Supports teammate referral and alumni outreach initiatives
Monitors basic performance metrics, as requested
Executes CRM-based outreach and candidate communications
Ensures timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks
Working with operations and business development leaders, builds professional networks to help surface passive candidates
Independently leverages a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and hiring events) to provide a high caliber slate of candidates
Independently work with internal and external partners to form and maintain 'competitive intelligence' on competitors within the market and follows Caliber's guidelines on recruiting from competition
Assists with routine projects related to recruiting, employment branding and the overall recruitment process as assigned
Performs other duties as required
Performs regular, in-market travel with occasional out of market travel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
Proficient in Canva and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with digital and social recruiting platforms
Familiar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems
Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills
Must have strong organizational skills

High volume recruiting experience preferred
