Responsibilities
Gather, clean, transform, and analyze data from various sources to identify actionable and meaningful insights
Consuming complex data and generating easy-to-understand reports and data visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences
Create and present analytical findings to both potential customers and business stakeholders
Build and deploy algorithms and predictive models to solve business problems
Collaborating with different departments, such as marketing, products, and sales to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role OR
Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate datasets and generate insights
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Excel
Experience developing and implementing machine learning & predictive models
Familiarity with databases and ability write complex SQL queries
Good communications skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
