The LEGO Group is seeking a passionate Content Marketing Manager for their LEGO Education US Marketing team. In this role, you will own the full content lifecycle, lead the production of various content formats, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance customer engagement with LEGO Education content.

Responsibilities

Partner with product, marketing, sales, and data teams to gather insights and develop a content strategy, including evaluating existing content against key personas and stages of the buyer’s journey, and identify opportunities for revised and/or new assets
Develop relevant and persuasive content, including coordination of copy writing and graphic production, across various formats (e.g., whitepapers, infographics, presentations, direct mail, etc.)
Collaborate with education impact, sales, and marketing teams to develop case studies, stories, and testimonials of successful customer implementations
Lead print marketing strategy and portal, including retirement of old assets, producing new materials, and enabling self-service for sales teams where applicable
Create, update, and lead communications of a quarterly/monthly content marketing calendar aligned with marketing and business priorities
Support in-person and virtual event marketing with session abstracts, talking points, slide decks, and follow-up materials
Build ready-to-use, easily customizable templates for certain key sales assets

Required

Experienced in content marketing, preferably in the B2B education tech industry
Proven track record of creating and delivering a creative content marketing strategy, including experience managing copywriting and design resources
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with impeccable attention to detail
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Skilled in diverse copywriting: long-form, short-form, and technical
Owned end-to-end content marketing calendar: creation, maintenance, and distribution
