Conduct comprehensive research of relevant parties to identify or rule out potential conflicts of interest
Draft and review conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda
Collaborate with attorneys and the Firm’s General Counsel to determine appropriate engagement terms
Negotiate engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, and conflict waiver terms with clients
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) required
Minimum 2 years of conflicts experience, preferably as a Conflicts Attorney in a law firm environment
