Manage key internal business research projects
Directly manage and lead qualitative and quantitative research projects
Write screeners and discussion guides
Manage recruiting for qualitative research
Write questionnaires and program surveys
Analyze data results to present key findings
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years (ideal candidate will most likely be between 2-6 years experience) of market research project management experience (junior to mid-career.)
Direct experience managing and leading qualitative and quantitative research projects which includes writing screeners, discussion guides, managing recruiting for qualitative, writing questionnaires, programming surveys and analyzing data results to pull together a presentation of key findings
Strong verbal communication and comfort with presenting to key internal stakeholders
Solid creative skills building PPT presentations and conveying insights
Preferred
Analytical experience- hands on experience with various correlation analysis (i.e regression), data integration and analysis tools such as Python, other key business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, etc
An understanding of AI tools in the research and analytics space
Experience in highly regulated industry such as financial services, banking, insurance, etc
