Responsibilities

Review, validate, and process customer return requests in alignment with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry regulations
Reconcile return transactions, customer deductions, and supporting documentation across internal systems, distributor data, and third-party sources
Analyze return data to identify discrepancies, trends, and root cause issues, recommending or initiating operational improvements
Maintain accurate records of return authorizations, credit memos, reimbursements, and related documentation
Assess reimbursement accuracy and approve or deny credits based on established criteria and policy compliance
Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and customers (via CRM/Salesforce) to resolve inquiries, disputes, and return related issues
Support month-end close by preparing return related reports and ensuring accurate financial entries
Contribute to policy compliance monitoring and continuous process improvement initiatives
Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
Engage customers as needed to clarify return activity and strengthen operational alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Up to 2 years of experience in returns, chargebacks, finance operations, or analytical roles; pharma/distribution exposure is a plus
Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards; experience with analytics or visualization tools is beneficial
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently after training, with a willingness to learn and take direction
Comfortable spending extended periods working at a computer
