Account Executive (New Business)
SolutionsX LLC is focused on transforming SMB manufacturers through ERP, data, and process excellence. They are seeking a New Business Account Executive who will own territory acquisition and lead a thoughtful sales process to close deals that deliver real operational change.
Responsibilities
Own net-new logo acquisition within an assigned territory
Build and execute a focused territory and pipeline strategy
Lead discovery and qualification with manufacturing leaders
Position ERP software and services around business outcomes—not features
Orchestrate deals in partnership with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success
Ensure opportunities are ready for delivery before they close
Qualification
Required
Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or complex enterprise solutions
Understanding of manufacturing operations and buyer dynamics
Discipline in discovery, qualification, and deal management
Ability to engage executives, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders with confidence
Preference for thoughtful, outcome-based selling over high-pressure tactics
Pride in closing deals that actually work
Preferred
Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)
