Manufacturing Engineering Intern (Summer 2026) (Onsite)

They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to apply Industrial and Chemical Engineering concepts to improve manufacturing operations, focusing on quality, cost reduction, and safety.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day manufacturing processes including: Photolithography, Metrology, and Plating
Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory, and production record systems
Develop and enhance fabrication processes
Drive continuous improvement of process capability index
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Working towards a BS in Chemical Engineering
Prior experience in manufacturing environments
Strong background in Root Cause Analysis
Track record of driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
