Responsibilities

Support day-to-day manufacturing processes including: Photolithography, Metrology, and Plating
Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory, and production record systems
Develop and enhance fabrication processes
Drive continuous improvement of process capability index

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

Preferred

Working towards a BS in Chemical Engineering
Prior experience in manufacturing environments
Strong background in Root Cause Analysis
Track record of driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
