Responsibilities
Performing required support functions for Underwriting
Completing operational tasks such as ordering gathering third party information (i.e. MVRs, APSs) and other similar tasks as requested
Processing new business in a timely manner to ensure cases are in good order
Working with underwriters and other functional areas to resolve any discrepancies
Maintains and updates recurring reports and tracking logs in Google Sheets to independently complete functional processes
Qualification
Required
Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving in a professional area
Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment
Experience with PC in a Windows environment
Experience with remote work
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency with operating across multiple first and third party environments
Preferred
Life insurance case management experience
Proficiency with Google products including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet
