Qualification
Required
4 year degree or 2 year degree with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Computer literate with proficiency in various Microsoft products
Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
Punctual and dependable attendance record
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude with problem solving skills
Exceptional communication skills and previous experience working with management of all levels
Ability to stay motivated and showcase superior time management skills
