They are seeking a PLM Implementation Consultant to lead and support PTC Windchill implementations, guiding customers through configurations and providing ongoing support to ensure success.

Responsibilities

Lead and support PTC Windchill PLM implementations, upgrades, and migrations

Gather customer requirements and translate them into effective Windchill configurations

Configure Windchill workflows, lifecycles, roles, access controls, and data models

Support core Windchill capabilities including:

Document management

Part & BOM management (EBOM/MBOM)

Change management (ECR/ECO/ECN)

Configuration and version control

Assist with Windchill system architecture, performance tuning, and best practices

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Windchill customers

Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and resolve technical problems efficiently

Deliver training and knowledge transfer to customer teams

Act as a long-term trusted advisor for PLM strategy and system optimization

Work closely with sales, technical support, and other consultants at 3 HTi

Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and implementation standards

Stay current on new Windchill releases, features, and PTC roadmaps

Required

Experience implementing or supporting PTC Windchill PLM

Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product data management, and engineering change processes

Experience working with manufacturing organizations (industrial, aerospace, defense, medical device, high-tech, etc.)

Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

Experience with Windchill integrations (Creo, ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Experience with Windchill modules such as ProjectLink, MPMLink, or Quality solutions

Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance requirements (FDA, ISO, AS9100, CMMC, etc.)

Experience working for a PTC Partner, VAR, or consulting firm
