Responsibilities
Maintain and repair the interior and exterior of residential units
Perform tasks related to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Conduct painting, masonry, and drywall repairs
Handle appliance repairs and installations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and drywall repair
Experience with hand and power tools, including a sawzall, cordless drill or impact driver, finish nail gun, and grinder
Preferred
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Being bilingual is considered a plus
