Account Executive

RevPilots' client is focused on growing people through innovative software solutions, particularly in the automotive industry. As an Account Executive, you will develop relationships with C-level executives and business leaders to sell AI products that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Execute the sales playbook
Identify and develop sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
Develop relationships with new and established customers to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Prepare and deliver quality presentations tailored to prospects' needs and priorities
Provide product and pricing information, prepare and negotiate sales contracts
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply best practices
Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve both individual and team objectives
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful product launch, onboarding, and ultimately a long-term relationship with clients

Required

Has a Bachelor's degree
Have a proven sales track record, preferably in automotive and software sales
Are self-motivated, disciplined, and process oriented
Have a genuine curiosity to understand clients' business challenges
Are empathetic listeners with excellent communication skills
Thrive in a team and fast-paced environment
Can travel in-territory up to 40% of the time
Organized and detail oriented
Strong sense of urgency and organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred

Experience establishing relationships with car dealership owners, general managers, and CRM/marketing managers
