Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

Own and execute consistent weekly social media content across all restaurant platforms
Plan, create, post, and engage with content that reflects the Chick-fil-A brand and local community
Use social media to highlight food, team members, events, promotions, and moments of care
Plan, promote, and oversee monthly events that drive traffic, build community, and enhance brand connection
Coordinate all logistics including promotion, staffing, Cow appearances, and post-event recap
Partner with local schools, organizations, and community groups as appropriate
Develop and execute seeding strategies across all sales channels (drive-thru, dine-in, mobile, delivery, catering)
Support Limited Time Offerings, seasonal promotions, and traffic-driving initiatives
Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure seeding efforts are well-timed and well-executed
Oversee internal team celebrations including recognition moments, holidays, milestones, and wins
Create meaningful, fun, and on-brand experiences that reinforce team culture and appreciation
Own the marquee, community boards, and in-restaurant marketing displays
Ensure all messaging is current, accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards
Refresh content regularly to support events, promotions, and storytelling
Oversee the creation, approval, and publication of marketing materials
Ensure all materials meet Chick-fil-A brand guidelines before use
Manage timelines so materials are ready ahead of events and promotions
Work closely with all departments (Leadership, Operations, Catering, Training, Facilities, and Social Media support)
Communicate clearly to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing efforts
Support guest retention strategies through storytelling, follow-up, promotions, and moments of care
Leverage feedback, relationships, and community touchpoints to strengthen repeat visits
Plan and execute sampling initiatives to introduce products, support LTOs, and engage guests
Coordinate staffing, timing, and messaging with operations to maximize impact
Actively participate in monthly marketing meetings
Bring ideas, insights, performance updates, and plans for upcoming initiatives
Align next-month priorities with business and community goals
Lead or coordinate a marketing/support team (if applicable), including delegation and follow-up
Partner closely with leadership, operations, and catering to ensure alignment
Participate in marketing or leadership meetings and contribute ideas proactively
Manage timelines, details, and execution from idea to completion
Ensure nothing 'falls through the cracks' on events, promotions, or communications
Maintain organized files, calendars, and marketing assets
