Responsibilities

Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts
Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design
Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model
Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical)
Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis
Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration)

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14 years' experience; 12 years' experience with a Masters' degree in STEM; or 10 years' experience with a PhD
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance
8+ years of Experience implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools, practices, and methods
5+ years of Strong program execution skills; demonstrated ability to meet program technical, cost, and schedule milestones
5+ years Strong partnership/collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to partner cross-IPT/cross-discipline within a team

Preferred

Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Operational experience with Navy Strategic Weapons Facilities
Experience with Navy Programs
Experience with digital design, model-based engineering, and modeling and simulation tools and processes
Experience with nuclear hardened strategic systems
Experience with Directed Trade Studies
Communication and leadership skills and experience leading small teams in a dynamic work environment
Large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production
