Responsibilities
Pulling, testing, and evaluating asphalt & aggregate samples (up to 50 lbs)
Inspecting truck beds to ensure material quality and compliance
Keeping the QC Lab organized, efficient, and running smoothly
Mixing and matching product colors to customer specs
Pitching in with other duties that support our quality mission
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and professionalism with all levels of staff & customers
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
A “jump-in and get it done” attitude — independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to work extended hours during busy seasons
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights & in tight spaces
Willing to shovel dense or wet material when needed
Preferred
Experience with state/federal documentation (a plus!)
