Responsibilities
Maintain the test program and test equipment for production floor
Troubleshoot and resolve function test related issues on both product and test stations
Develop, debug and optimize
Develop test plans and support various phases of manufacturing including product bring up, reliability testing, characterization, production releases and failure analysis
Responsible for all phases of product test and should plan/track schedule to increase the output
Set up test stations for EV charger and BBU/PSU production lines
Maintain and resolve EV charger and BBU/PSU production testing issues
Collaborate with Production engineer and RD engineers to resolve production test setup issue related to both software and hardware
Collaborate with RD engineers and Production Engineers to define production test specifications
Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing
Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, or equivalent expertise
Proficiency in using Chroma equipment
Expertise in new product development, characterization, qualification, along with strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and debug systems, circuits, and devices
Demonstrated experience in product coordination, yield improvement, and reducing test time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach in a lab environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail and quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and others, ensuring smooth communication and task completion
The work authorization in the United States is required without the need for sponsorship
Preferred
Six Sigma certification being a plus
Familiarity with EV charger and BBU/PSU products is a plus
Experience in setting up electronic manufacturing test stations preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, aligned with business needs
