Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with corporate matters, including:
Formation of LLCs and corporations
Preparation of organizational, governance, and related corporate documents
Supporting ongoing corporate compliance matters
Draft and prepare real estate documents, including deeds and related conveyance materials
Support estate planning matters, including drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and related documents for attorney review
Assist with estate administration, including preparing estate accountings using Microsoft Excel
Supporting estate tax return processes and post-acceptance funding requirements
Organize and maintain legal files, calendars, and deadlines across matters
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and outside professionals
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with firm procedures and court requirements

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably with corporate law exposure
Familiarity with LLC and corporate formations and related documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for accountings
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
Working knowledge of estate planning documents, estate administration, and real estate deeds
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
