Responsibilities

Generating and accelerating pipeline by developing and executing high-impact field marketing programs
Building strong local brand presence by engaging with key business communities, partners, and organizations
Strengthening customer relationships by hosting immersive experiences that deepen customer loyalty and advocacy
Collaborating with Sales & Partnerships to create seamless regional strategies that support revenue growth
Optimizing field marketing playbooks and sharing best practices across teams to drive scale and efficiency
Own the localized GTM strategy and execution roadmap for your assigned territory
Manage and own the localized marketing budget for your specific territory
Design and execute high-value, relationship-driven activations, including targeted Sales Activations and bespoke local events
Design and execute programs focused on driving pipeline velocity and targeting high-intent accounts
Design and execute programs focused on partner referral activation and pipeline growth
Drive local community engagement and customer advocacy programs focused on generating measurable revenue outcomes
Serve as the primary marketing partner to the regional Sales Manager, co-owning the quarterly GTM execution plan and local account prioritization
Design and execute multi-channel plays targeting high-value accounts
Create and deliver targeted, localized sales enablement materials and talking points
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to internal Sales SLAs for lead handoff and follow-up from all local activations
Serve as the operational program manager for all regional components of broader Demand Generation campaigns
Ensure all in-market activities strictly adhere to the execution playbooks, brand identity, and standards set by the Brand team
Rigorously track and report on performance metrics for all regional activities

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing or Integrated Marketing with a proven track record of personally executing localized campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
You possess the entrepreneurial drive to treat your assigned territory as your own business, owning both the strategy and execution required to hit aggressive regional goals
Experienced in building strong relationships with regional Sales teams and translating GTM strategy into actionable, jointly-executed field plays
Highly organized with a fierce attention to detail, capable of managing complex event logistics, multiple simultaneous campaigns, and rigorous follow-up processes
Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools to track ROI, optimize spending, and drive data-backed decision-making at the territory level
